Natural Resources Inventory
The Village's Climate Smart Community Task Force has created a Natural Resources Inventory (NRI); a comprehensive inventory of the natural resources existing in the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson. An NRI inventories the natural resources of an area, both physical and biological, and provides a foundation for municipal land-use and conservation planning. The NRI not only documents the natural assets of the Village but also serves as tool for future plans, ordinances or overlay zones.
